Tercentenary Celebrations 1708 - 2008

At 3pm on Saturday October 4 2008 over a hundred individuals filled the pews at Great Meeting, with an overspill in the balcony, to join with the Minister and congregation in celebrating the 300th Anniversary of our Chapel building.

The service began with our
Chairman, Sir Peter Soulsby MP,
welcoming the assembly and it’s
honoured guests, The Lord Mayor of Leicester,
Cllr. Manjula Sood, the President of the General
Assembly Mrs Joyce Ashworth and The Chief Executive Rev. Steve Dick.
